Abstract: This paper focuses on four key dimensions: supervision, production and operation, technical support,and consumer participation,analyzes the critical problems existing inthe process offood quality and safety management, and proposes countermeasures such as improving the supervision system, strengthening the main responsibility,enhancing technical support,and expanding channels for consumer participation,aiming to enhance the efficiency of food quality and safety management in China and build a full-chain security guarantee system.
