食品检验检测实验室质量管理体系的构建与优化策略

Abstract： To effectively address the problems existing in the quality control of food inspection and testing laboratories，such as non-standard processes，weak traceabilityof original records，and weak risk prevention and control，improve theaccuracyof inspectionand testing dataand the credibilityof laboratories，from the perspective of inspection and testing institutions，this paper constructs a quality management system covering all elements of"human，machine，material，law，and environment”，establish a fullprocess control mechanism forsample reception， inspection and testing implementation，and report issuance，and propose optimization paths such as technology empowerment， system improvement and capacity enhancement， to form a closed-loop management model of element control， process supervision and result traceability.
