食品检验检测实验室质量管理体系的构建与优化策略
Abstract: To effectively address the problems existing in the quality control of food inspection and testing laboratories,such as non-standard processes,weak traceabilityof original records,and weak risk prevention and control,improve theaccuracyof inspectionand testing dataand the credibilityof laboratories,from the perspective of inspection and testing institutions,this paper constructs a quality management system covering all elements of"human,machine,material,law,and environment”,establish a fullprocess control mechanism forsample reception, inspection and testing implementation,and report issuance,and propose optimization paths such as technology empowerment, system improvement and capacity enhancement, to form a closed-loop management model of element control, process supervision and result traceability.
