Research on Atomic Fluorescence Detection Method for Arsenic Content in Food

Abstract: An atomic fluorescence spectrometry method for the determination of total arsenic in food was established based on optimization of sample pretreatment,instrumental working conditions,and reaction conditions. Results showed that the method exhibited good linearity ( R2=0.9998 ) over a total arsenic concentration range of 0.01μg⋅L-1 to 10.00μg.L-1 , with a detection limit of ,spiked recoveries of 85.0% to 105.0% , and relative standard deviations of no more than 3.5% .Compared with conventional methods, thismethod offersadvantages such as high sensitivitygood reproducibility,and easeofoperation.Itissuitable for rapid screening of total arsenic ina variety offood matrices,including grains,fruitsand vegetables,meat,andaquatic products,andcan provideeffective technical support for routine food safety supervision.
