Abstract: With the rapid development of e-commerce, online food sales have become a significant component of the consumer market,and thecompliance offood additives directly affects consumer healthand marketorder. This study focuses on online-sold food products,analyzing their distribution characteristics and current usage of food additives. It investigates prominent issues such as excessive or unauthorized use of additives, non-standard labeling practices,and the substitution of non-edible substances for legitimate additives.The underlying causes of these problems are discussed,and comprehensive countermeasures along the supply chain are proposed ∵ from source control atproduction,standardized label management,toraw material traceability and verification,hereby safeguarding the healthy development of the online food market.
