Abstract: Food safety is related to the public's health and life security and is an important foundation for social stabilityand economic development.Thisarticle focuses onthe detectionof pesticide residues in food,analyzing the specific manifestations and mechanisms of four common interfering factors: personnel,equipment, environment,and methods. It proposes targeted strategies such as strengthening personnel management, improving equipment systems, optimizing environmental control,andscientifically selecting methods,aiming to providea theoretical reference for enhancing the accuracy of food pesticide residue testing and reinforcing the food safety defense.
