Abstract: This paper establishes an eficient detection method for quinolone veterinary drug residues in meat based on the High Performance Liquid Chromatography-Tandem Mass Spectrometry (HPLC-MS/MS)analysis system. The matrix interference was reduced by adopting the acidified aetonitrile extraction combined with enhanced lipid removal and purification strategy, and the dynamic multi-reaction monitoring parameters were optimized to improve the detection performance. The results showed that the five quinolones had a good linear relationship in the range of 0.1mg.L-1 to 100.0mg-1-1 ,with correlation coefcients (R2) all greater than 0.995.The detection limits were in the range of to 0.30μg⋅kg-1 , and the quantification limits were in the range of 0.1μg⋅kg-1 to 1.0μg⋅kg-1 At the three spiked levels of low, medium and high, the spiked recoveryrate of the target substance was 82.1% to 109.1% , therelative standard deviation was 0.70% to 8.20% , and the matrix effect was controlled within ±15% The actual positive rate of sample detection was 4.2% ,and non-target metabolites could be traced. This method is sensitive and acurate, and can provide technical support for the supervision and safety risk research of quinolone residues in meat.
