Microbial Contamination Issues and Control Solutions in PreparedDishes

Abstract: This paper takes microbial contamination in prepared dishes as the research object. It first analyzes the significance of preventing and controling microbial contamination in prepared dishes,then explores the main causes of microbial contamination in prepared dishes,and proposes scientific and feasible prevention and control plans in a targeted manner,aiming to provide theoretical references for ensuring the safety of prepared dishes and promoting the standardized development of the prepared dishes industry.
