高效液相色谱法检测碳酸饮料中两种防腐剂的研究

Abstract: This paper establishes an analytical method for the detection of benzoic acid and sorbic acid in carbonated beverages by high performance liquid chromatography. The sample was ultrasonically extracted at 50% for 20min After passing through a 0.22μm aqueous phase filter membrane, it was separated using a C18 chromatographic column,determined bya diode array detector,and quantifiedbytheexternal standard method.The results showed that the linear relationship between the two preservative components is good when the mass concentration was (20 0μg⋅mL-1 to 100.0μg⋅mL-1 ,with a method detection limit of 0.005g⋅kg-1 ,a quantification limit of 0.010g⋅kg-1 , a spiked recovery rate of 95.5% to 98.3% ,and a relative standard deviation of 1.98% to 3.23% .This method is rapid and accurate, and is suitable for the detection of two preservatives in carbonated beverages.
