食品检测数据准确性问题及质量提升对策

Abstract： This paper analyzes four core factors affecting the accuracy of food testing data， namely method selection， personnel competence，equipment maintenance，and environmental control.It then puts forward targeted quality improvement countermeasures，including scientific selection of testing methods，strengthening hierarchical personel training， improving equipment management systems，and strict environmental control standards.The study aims to provide theoreticalreferences for standardizing food testing processes and enhancing the reliabilityof testing data， as well as contributing to the modernization of the food safety governance system.
