Abstract: This paper analyzes the key factors affecting the accuracy of food physical and chemical inspection, and proposes measures to improve the accuracy of inspection and testing,such as standardizing sample management, strengthening instrument management and control,enhancing personnel capabilities,and optimizing inspection method and laboratory environment.The aim is to provide theoreticalreference and practical guidance for improving the quality offood physical and chemical inspection work and consolidating the defense line of food safety.
