Safety Issues and Prevention Strategies in the Production and Processing of Yak Milk Powder

Abstract: The safety issues existing in the production and processing of yak milk powder not only threaten consumers’health,butalso restrictthe developmentof the industry.In view of this,this paper analyzesthe safety issues existing in the four core links ofraw milk,processing,packaging and storage,and finished product inspection in the production and processing of yak milk powder,and proposes prevention and control strategies such as strengthening the quality control of the raw milk link,optimizing the processing environment and equipment management, standardizing the management ofpackaging and storage proceses,and improving the controlsystemof the finished product inspection link,to enhancethe safety level of yak milk powder production and processng.
