Abstract: This paper elaborates on the supporting role of food testing technology in improving food quality from aspects such as precise detection of nutritional components,screening of pollutants,supervision of additives, andfull-chain microbial testing.Additionallydevelopment strategies are proposed from the aspectsof technological innovation, talent cultivation,equipment maintenance,and scenario expansion.The aim is to provide theoretical references foroptimizing the application system offood detection technologyand strengthening the ability to prevent and control food safety risks,thus contributing to the high-quality development of the food industry.
