Abstract: Blockchain technology, with itscore featuresofdecentralization,immutabilityhigh transparency,and smartcontracts,provides innovative solutions forqualitycontrol in the food supplychain.This paper systematically analyzes the painpoints inqualitycontrolacross production,processing,transportation,andsalesunder the traditional model,and proposes targeted innovative approaches for blockchain-enabled quality control in each segment of the food supply chain: In the production stage,by putting raw material traceability and production process records on the blockchain,source quality can be controlled; in the processing stage,relying on full-process notarization of processing informationand immutable storage of quality inspection data ensures processng compliance; in the transportation stage,leveraging Internet of Things devices for real-time monitoring and smart contract anomaly alerts reduces the impact of environmental factors on food quality; in the sales stage,through convenient product information inquiryand precise sales data management,a balance canbeachieved between consumers'right to know and enterprise operational eficiency.This study provides theoretical support and practical reference for improving overall quality control in the food supply chain and ensuring food safety.
