Analysis of Quality and Safety Management in the Tea Processing Process

Abstract: This paper focuses on the quality and safety management in the tea processing process,and deeply analyzes the decisive role of strengthening the quality controlof tea processing in the formation of tea quality. On this basis,it elaboratelyanalyzes the key factors affecting thequalityandsafetyof tea during theprocessing,and puts forward targeted management measures, providing theoretical and practical references for improving the quality and safety level of tea processing and promoting the healthy development of the tea industry.
