Problems and Countermeasures of Food Safety Risk Prevention and Control in Food Production Enterprises

Abstract: This article analyzes the specific problems faced by food production enterprises in food safety risk prevention and control. It dissects the causes of these problems from three aspects: the main responsibility of enterprises,regulatory mechanisms,and social co-govermance.It also proposes targeted countermeasures such as strengthening internalcontrol within enterprises,optimizing regulatory models,and building a social co-governance system. It aims to provide references for enhancing the food safety risk prevention and control capabilities of food production enterprises,strengthening the food safety defense line,and promoting the high-quality development of the food industry.
