Problems and Countermeasures of Food Safety Risk Prevention and Control in Food Production Enterprises

Abstract： This article analyzes the specific problems faced by food production enterprises in food safety risk prevention and control. It dissects the causes of these problems from three aspects： the main responsibility of enterprises，regulatory mechanisms，and social co-govermance.It also proposes targeted countermeasures such as strengthening internalcontrol within enterprises，optimizing regulatory models，and building a social co-governance system. It aims to provide references for enhancing the food safety risk prevention and control capabilities of food production enterprises，strengthening the food safety defense line，and promoting the high-quality development of the food industry.
