Research on the Current Situation and Optimization Strategies of Food Safety Supervision in School Canteens

Abstract: The schoolcafeteria isan important placefor teachers and students to have daily meals.Its food safety in these canteens is directlyrelated to the physical wel-beingand lives of teachers and students,and it also serves as afundamental guarantee for maintaining campus stability and promoting the healthy development of education. This paper elaborates on the current situation offood safety supervision in schoolcanteens in China,analyzes the prominent existing problems,and proposes targetedoptimization strategies.The purpose is toprovide theoreticalreference andpractical guidance forimproving the efectivenessoffoodsafety supervisioninschoolcanteensand tohelpstrengthen the “tongue defense line” on campus.
