食品企业质量安全管理漏洞及解决路径探讨
Abstract: This paper analyzes management loopholes in three key links of food enterprises (raw material procurement, production and processing,quality inspection and traceability)and their causes.These loopholes directly lead tounqualifiedraw material inflow,productionpollutionand dificult safetyrisk tracing,threatening food quality and safety.For thisreason,targeted solutions are proposed to fllmanagement gapsand ensure the entire food production chain's safety.
