生成式人工智能赋能北疆文化传承与发展研究

Abstract： Generative artificial intelligence technology （AIGC） exerts a strong enabling effect in multiple dimensions such as safeguarding the cultural genes of Northern Frontier Culture，enriching cultural creative content， improving the precision of cultural dissemination，optimizing the generation of cultural content and narrative methods， and enhancing emotional recognition. It has thus become a new tool for the inheritance and development of Northern Frontier Culture. Starting from the practical landscape of AIGC technology empowering the inheritance and development of Northern Frontier Culture， this paper identifies the key challenges faced by the empowerment of Northern Frontier Culture communication by generative artificial intelligence technology， including the erosion of cultural authenticity， bottenecks in the construction of data infrastructure，difficulties in the practical implementation of technological applications，and the absence of long-term mechanisms. To improve the enabling effect of AIGC， it is essential to enhance the cultural and emotional recognition of Northern Frontier Culture，create immersive cultural experiences of Northern Frontier Culture，construct a collaborative governance system，and improve the policy and talent support systems.In this way，multi-dimensional pathways are opened up for the inheritance and development of Northern Frontier Culture.
