Abstract： As a treasure of Xinjiang's intangible cultural heritage，the Dolan Muqam， with its unique integration of music，dance，and literature，carries profound cultural significance.However， it faces challenges in the modernization process，such as a shortage of inheritors and limited dissemination. The development of AI digital technology provides new opportunities to overcome these difficulties. The article elaborates from three aspects： first， the feasibility analysis of applying AI digital technology to the protection and inheritance of Dolan Muqam; second， strategies and advantages of using AI digital technology for the dissemination of the Dolan Muqam; third， the significance and impact of AI-driven innovation on the Dolan Muqam. In summary， digital technologies，represented by AI，are profoundly reconstructing the paradigms for preserving and transmiting intangible cultural heritage.They provide systematic solutions for ethnic arts like the distinctive Dolan Muqam to break through inheritance dilemmas and achieve creative transformation， demonstrating broad prospects for technology empowering cultural inheritance.
