Abstract: This study explores the contemporary significance of integrating the "Horseback Cradle" red culture into preschool education. It outlines the origins,development, connotation, characteristics,and diverse values of the "Horseback Cradle" red culture, clarifying its core atribute as a carrier of red genes. The analysis examines the physical and mental development characteristics of preschool children,the objectives and tasks of preschool education,and the necessity of incorporating red culture, laying a theoretical foundation. Furthermore, from four dimensions-inheritance of red genes, shaping preschool children's character, enriching educational methods,and fostering cultural identity-it elucidates the contemporary value of integrating red culture into preschool education. Four practical pathways are proposed: curriculum system construction, teaching method innovation, home-kindergarten co-education,and environmental creation. The research aims to provide theoretical support and practical solutions for the deep integration of red culture with preschool education, contributing to the cultivation of patriotic and well-rounded individuals and promoting the intergenerational transmission of red genes.
