Abstract: Guided by the Production-Oriented Approach (POA), this paper explores effective pathways for integrating Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) culture into English public speaking instruction for medical students. Taking an English speech course at a medical university as the _practical context, the study designs a teaching procedure centered on the "Driving-Enabling-Assessing" cycle. This procedure guides students to complete English speech tasks with cultural communication functions, based on their professional background and personal interests. The aim is to enhance students' English speech competency and cultural confidence, thereby improving their ability to tell China's stories well and disseminate Chinese culture globally.
