Abstract： Lacquer art as an important component of China's intangible cultural heritage， carries the craftsmanship wisdom and aesthetic spirit of the Chinese nation for thousandsof years. This article takes the intangible cultural heritage lacquer workshop as the research object and explores its skill inheritance and innovative practice in the contemporary social context.Research shows that the lacquer workshop has established a multi-dimensional inheritance mechanism through master-apprentice transmission，digital protection and systematic education. Meanwhile， through innovations in material processing，functional design and technological application，the ancient lacquer art has been rejuvenated with new vitality. In addition， the article also proposes a path of coordinated development，with the aim of providing theoretical references for the living inheritance and sustainable development of the intangible cultural heritage of lacquer.
