Abstract： Red tourism resources carry rich revolutionary spirit and educational value， serving as vital content sources for ideological and political education in universities. Based on the practical work of college counselors，who have distinctive role advantages in organizing practices，guiding students and conducting educational transformation， this paper examines the practical significance and major problems of integrating red tourism resources into ideological and political education， pointing out the deficiencies in resource cognition，working modes and collaboration mechanisms. On this basis， the paper proposes to build an educational system of "mobile ideological and political classroom" through innovations in philosophy，modes and carriers，construct an online-offline integrated practice matrix， and improve the university-local collaborative red education platform.These measures can to a certain extent enhance the educational effect of red resources，so as to promote the in-depth and sustainable development of ideological and political education in universities.
