The Value Exploration of Filial Piety Culture in the New Era in Ideological and Political Education：From the Perspective of the "Second Integration"

Abstract： General Secretary Xi Jinping attaches great importance to carrying forward fine traditional Chinese culture， pointing out that "we should cultivate and practice core socialist values， continuously enhance our initiative and discourse power in the ideological field，and promote the creative transformation and innovative development of fine traditional Chinese culture." The filial piety culture in the new era，while inheriting the traditional core connotations of "respect"， "deference"，and "support"， innovatively integrates modern implications such as equality and respect， emotional communication，and social responsibility，emphasizing intergenerational interaction and the spirit of public welfare. The organic integration of the filial piety culture in the new era with ideological and political education is not only a creative transformation of fine traditional Chinese culture，but also an important path to implement the "Second Combination" and nurture new people of the times， providing cultural support for constructing a moral education system with Chinese characteristics.
