Abstract： In the Omni-media era， Party building-oriented education in higher vocational colleges has ushered in new development opportunities. Information technologies such as the internet，big data，and artificial intelligence are profoundly reshaping information dissemination patterns， injecting new inteligent momentum into Party building work， propelling the transformation of traditional education models toward online-offline integration，and enhancing the appeal and dissemination effect of educational content. However，the current Party building-oriented education is also confronted with practical challenges： the weakened leading power of mainstream ideology， the impact of diverse social trends of thought on cultural security， difficulties in transforming traditional working modes，and the mismatch between educational supply and student needs. This study proposes constructing a work system centered on "Party Building+"，which promotes the coordinated development of network-based education， curriculum-based education，cultural education， and service-oriented education. The research shows that this system can efectively facilitate the in-depth integration of Party building and education in higher vocational colleges， providing an actionable path reference for higher vocational colleges in the new era to implement the fundamental task of "cultivating virtue through education" and realize high-quality Party building leading high-level talent cultivation.
