Abstract： With the vigorous rise of the platform economy， platform self-preferencing is manifesting in an increasingly diverse range of forms in market competition. However， in terms of the current regulatory_status of platform self-preferencing in China， not only isthere a lack of effective regulation on cross-vertical markets self-preferencing，but some details of the Anti-Monopoly Law have also become difficult to adapt to the constantly evolving and innovating_ platform self-preferencing practices. This paper analyzes the current anti-monopoly regulatory predicaments of platform self-preferencing and explores approaches to perfecting the anti-monopoly regulatory system.
