Abstract:With theaccelerationofresidents'living paceandtherising risk ofchronic diseases,the traditional health intervention model of "treating diseases with medicine" is graduall transforming into "nourishing health and preventing diseases through food".The concept of "medicinal and edible materials sharing the same origin" has shown unique advantages inthis process.Itscore lies inthereasonable integrationofChinese medicinal materials withclearnutritional value and biological activityinto thedailydietsystem to achieve long-term,gentleand stable health regulation.From atheoretical perspective,this concept is not only rooted in the holistic viewof "foodand medicine sharing the same origin" in traditional Chinese medicine,but alsocanbe supported bymodernnutrition,functional factorresearchand food engineering.This papersystematicallsortsoutandconstructsa technological innovationsystem forthe processing of health productsbasedonlocalmedicinalandediblematerials.Through theoveralldesignof thelogic of raw material development,the organization of processing schemes and the path of processing technological innovation,this paper explores afeasible model forthe deep integration of traditional food-nourishing theories and modern food engineering, and demonstrates its practical value in improving product stability,promoting the transformation and application of achievements,and cultivating regional characteristic industries.This paper provide technical reference for the highquality development of the medicinal and edible materials health food industry in counties.
