Abstract: The qualityand safety of bulk food sold in township farmers' markets is a key foundation for protecting thedietary health of rural residents.This paper outlinesthe practical importance of strengtheningqualityand safety management inthisseting,identifies the weak links inqualityand safety management,and proposes targeted strengthening measures to provide reference for food safety management in township farmers' markets.
