Abstract:Asa critical component in ensuring the accuracy and reliabilityof testing results,the validationof food additive detection methods plays a vital roleduetoits directrelevance tothe effectiveness offoodsafetysupervisionand theleveloffoodqualitycontrol.However,incurrntpractice,anumberofpressng issues persist,including insufficient controlof interfering factors,frequentoccurrenceoffalse-positiveresults,andthelackofunifiedvalidationstandards. These problems seriously afect both the qualityand efficiency of testing activities.This paper is grounded in the core requirements of food additive detection method validation and provides a systematic analysis of the major problems encountered during the validation process.Particular emphasis is placed on key aspects such as the elimination of interferences and the reduction offalse-positive results,and targeted optimization strategies are proposed accordingly. This paper aims to ofer theoretical guidance for standardizing validation procedures and improving validation quality, thereby contributing to the strengthening offood safety assurance.
