Analysis and Control of Factors Affecting the Accuracy of Food Quality Inspection Results

Abstract: This article analyzes the key factors affecting the accuracy of food quality testing results from four dimensions: sample quality,instrument performance,personnel competence,and environmentalconditions.It proposes specific strategies to standardize sample management,strengthen instrumentcontrol,enhance personnel training,and optimizeenvironmentalmanagement.Thisarticleaims toprovidetheoreticalreference forfoodquality testing institutions to improve their quality control systems and enhance the reliability of testing data.
