Determination of Six Organophosphorus Pesticide Residues in Fruits by Gas Chromatography-Flame Photometry

Abstract:The objective of the paper is to establisha simple,rapid,and eficient gas chromatography method for determining the residues of six organic phosphorus pesticides,including dichlorvos,chlorpyrifos,diazinon,malathion, bromophosphorus,and parathion in fruits.Based on the recommended standard NY/T 761—2O08 by the Ministry of Agriculture, the chromatographic working conditions and sample pretreatment processwere optimized incombination with laboratory conditions,and methodological validation was conducted.Results show the six pesticide components present good linearity within the range of 0.01~0.50μg/mL , with a detection limit of 0.01~0.04 mg/kg. The spiked recovery rate is 79.9% ( 92.4% , and the SRSD is 0.82% 5.51% . This method is easy to operate, accurate and efficient, and is suitablefor the detection of the six types of organic phosphorus pesticide residues mentioned above in fruits.
