Analysis of Current Challenges and Countermeasures in Rapid Testing of Edible Agricultural Products at the County Level

Abstract:Rapid testing of edibleagricultural products atthe county level serves as acrucial technical measure for ensuring foodsafetyat itssource.While a preliminaryrapid testing network covering production,distribution,and consumption has been established atthe county level,practical implementation stillfaces obstacles such as limited technical accuracy,shortageof specialized personel,andseveredata silos.Toadress these issues,this paper proposes countermeasures including: improving the technical support system; establishing interdepartmental coordination mechanisms;developing professonal talentpipelines;and integrating digital and intellgent regulatory platforms.These measures aim to construct a systematic county-level agricultural productquality and safety monitoring system,thereby enhancing the scientific rigor and precision of grassroots food safety regulation.
