Food Safety and Hygiene Supervision and Contamination Prevention and Control Measures in Grain Drying Houses

Abstract: The grain drying process is a critical link in ensuring post-harvest food qualityand safety.The hygiene conditions and contamination prevention and control measures of drying facilities directly impact the safetyof grain consumption and storage stability.To address current issues such as inadequate hygiene supervision,imperfect contamination prevention and control measures,and prominent risks in grain drying facilities,this paper conducts a systematic investigation on food safety,hygiene supervision and contamination prevention and control in grain drying facilities.First,it elaborates onthecore conceptsand significance of hygiene supervisionandcontamination prevention andcontrol in grain dryingfacilities.Second,itanalyzes thecurrntstateof hygienesupervision indrying facilities, along with the main types ofcontamination and their causes.Third, it establishes a comprehensive hygiene supervision systemand proposes targeted contaminationpreventionand control measures.Finaly,itofersoptimizationsuggestions basedon practical applications.The findings demonstrates thatscientific hygiene supervisionand precisecontamination prevention and control can effectively reduce grain contamination risks during the drying proces, ensuring post-harvest food quality and safety.
