Abstract: Thisarticle focusesonthedigital transformationofsmart restaurants,aimingatthe "dual safety" goals of food safetyandoperational security.It constructs a governance closed loopof "data collction-risk identification-work order handling-evidence retention".Inresponse topain points suchas non-standard incoming goods acceptance,fluctuatingcold chain temperaturecontrol, inconsistent kitchen operations,ndabsenceofequipment inspection,itproposes paths such as supplieradmisionand electronic ticketbatch binding,automatic temperatureand humiditycolectionandover-limit warning linkage,automatic systemaccountingatkeycontrol points,and monitoring ofgasappliances and maintenance work orderization, with theaim toachieve risk preemption,process controllability,and compliance certification.
