Abstract: Safety of agricultural food is vital to public health and industrial development.Rapid pesticide residue detection is keyto risk prevention and circulationsafety.This paper reviews its existing problems and puts forward optimizationpaths in technolgical innovation,personnel training and process control,providing reference forimproving detection accuracy, standardization and effectiveness to safeguard agricultural food safety.
