Abstract:This study investigates pesticide residues in specialty foods from the Hengshui region,analyzes potential dietary exposure risks,and provides evidence forregionalfoodsafety regulation.Between 2023 and 2024,500 samplesof specialty foods—including Shenzhou peaches,Fucheng watermelons,and Raoyang vegetables—were randomlycolected from production sites,farmers' markets,and supermarkets in Hengshui cityand its subordinatecounties. Quantitative analysis of 68 common pesticide residues was conducted using modified QuEChERS pretreatment combined with gas chromatography-tandem massspectrometry (GC-MS/MS)and liquid chromatography-tandem masspectrometry (LCMS/MS). Results indicate an overall compliance rate of 98.2% .However,residues of carbendazim,chlorpyrifos,and other pesticides are detected in some vegetables and fruits, with multiple residues coexisting in certain samples.
