Analysis of the Effects of Different Immersion Temperatures and Times on Determination of Potassium Permanganate Consumption in Food Contact Paper Cups

Abstract: Disposable paper cups are an esential carrier in people's daily life and diet. However,the potential chemicals introduced during the production of papercups can migrate into food simulants undercertain conditions of contact,posing food safetyrisks.This paperanalyzes thevariationpatters of testdataunderdiferent immersion conditions,and reveals the intrinsic relationship between migration rate and cumulative efect.It provides detailed data supportandtheoreticalbasis fortherefinedrevisionof testing standards forfoodcontactmaterials,the improvementof product quality and safety risk assessment models,and the guidance of scientific usage habits for consumers.
