Abstract: Basedon the scientificresearchachievements of novel nanozymes withantibacterialactivityandthereform needs offood microbiology experimental teaching,this paper explores the design of a comprehensive microbiology experiment utilizing nanozyme-based antibacterial films.Building onthe previously constructed FeMOF nanozyme with peroxidase-like activity,FeMOF/Chitosan films are developed by combining it with biodegradable chitosan. Using E .coli as the experimental strain,the antibacterial performance of the hybrid film isevaluated through methods including culture medium preparation,bacterial activation,turbidimetry,and plate counting.This paper aims to enable undergraduate students to master the preparation of novelantibacterial nanozyme materials and the methods for evaluating antibacterial performance.
