Determination of9 Triazole Pesticide Residues in Cantaloupes by QuEChERS-UHPLC-MS/MS

Abstract:A QuEChERS-UPLC-MS/MS method was developed for the determination of 9 pesticide residues in cantaloupes. Within their respective analytical ranges,the nine pesticides alldisplayed strong linear correlations,as evidenced by R2 values ⩾0.999 . Method sensitivity was confirmed with LODs of 0.1~0.2 μg/kg and LOQs of 0.3～0.6 （20 （204号 μg/kg . Accuracy and precision, assessed at 10, 50, and 100μg/kg ,resulted in mean recoveries of 81.1%～107.8% （204号 and SRSD of 1.9%～12.1% . This method is highly effcient, sensitive, easy to operate, and has good accuracy, making it suitable for the detection of residues of 9 types of pesticides in cantaloupes.
