Impact of Insuffcient Food Testing Sensitivity on Regulatory Effectiveness and Countermeasures

Abstract：This paper explores the correlation between food testing sensitivityand regulatory efectiveness，analyzes problems of inefectiveearly warning，judgment bias，andresource misallocationcaused by insufficient sensitivity，and proposes targetedsuggestions infivedimensions： technological innovation，evaluation mechanism，equipmentallocation， personel training，and standard coordination.This paperaims to provide theoreticalreference forimproving the food safety testing system， enhancing regulatory efficiency and protecting public food safety.
