Implementation Strategies for Key Internal Quality Control Measures in Physical and Chemical Testing Laboratories

Abstract: The accuracy of food physicochemical testing data directly impacts the scientific validity of food safety risk assessments and the effctiveness of regulatory decisions.As testing parameters become increasingly specialized and detection limits continue to decrease,internal laboratoryquality control has emerged as the primary means to ensure sustained compliance with industry standards.This paper discuses primaryquality control pathways in daily food physicochemical laboratory operations from four perspectives:resource allocation, testing processcontrol, internal monitoring methods,and data processing improvements.Through analysis of personnel competency evaluation, equipment metrologyvalue traceability,methodvalidation parameters,and statistical monitoring models,this paper proposes actionable implementation strategies.It advocates that laboratories establish data-driven preventive quality management systems,utilizing real-time tracking of micro-indicators,such as blank tests,duplicate samples,and spiked recovery rates,to detect and intercept experimental deviations.
