Existing Deficiencies and Optimization Strategies for Fungal Toxin Detection Technology in Food

Abstract: Currently,although the detection technologyof fungal toxins infood has formedadiversifiedsystem,there are still prominent defects in practical applications,suchasinsuficientdetectionsensitivity,weak matrix interference prevention and control,lack of synchronous detection abilityof multiple toxins,and por adaptabilityof on-site rapid detection, which restrict the effectivenessof risk preventionand control.This article systematicallyreviews the core existing defects infungal toxin detection technology infood,deeplyanalyzes thecauses ofdefects,and proposestargeted optimization and improvement measures from the aspects of technical optimization,process standardization,equipment upgrading,and system improvement.Theresult shows thatbuildinga "precise,eficient,diversified,and convenient" detection technology system can improve the detection rate offungal toxins and shorten the detection time.
