Analysis of Key Control Points and Optimization Suggestions for Food Additive Detection

Abstract: To improve the accuracy offood additive detection,strengthen food safetyandboostthe sound development of the food industry,this paper analyzes the practical significance,key control points and existing problems of food additive testing.It holds that sample pretreatment,detection method selection,equipment maintenance and environmental controlare the core links that directly determine the accuracyand reliabilityof results.It suggests improving the detection standard system,cultivating interdisciplinary talents,strengthening whole-process quality supervisionandscientificallintegrating multipledetection technologies,soas tosolve technical problems,upgrade the overalldetection level,provide strong technical supportfor foodsafetysupervision,and protect public healthand he orderly development of the food industry.
