Research on Improvement Strategy of Qualitative Detection Method of Food Additives Based on Spectroscopic Technology

Abstract: This paper systematicalladdresses challenges in spectroscopic detection offood additives,including severe matrix iterference,difcultyinidentifying lowconcentrations,and inaccuratequalitativeanalysisof multi-component systems.The research focuses onthree keyaspects:sample pretreatment,detection procedures,and result interpretation. Byoptimizing sample pretreatment protocols and standardizing spectral acquisition workflows,the study clarifies the spectral characteristicsof diferent aditives and identifies limitations of existing methods.The study is conductedfrom five approaches including multi-algorithm integration,spectroscopy-chromatography hyphenated techniques,instrument performance enhancement,and matrix matching correction.Experimental validation demonstrates that the proposed novel method achieves effective detection of low-concentration ( 1μg/mL ) additives, with peak recognition accuracy exceeding 96% and matrix interference removal rate surpassing 85% . These advancements provide reliable technical support for rapid and accurate qualitative analysis of food additives.
