Abstract: The qualityand safety status of food is directly related to public health conditions and the development trendof the food industry.The innovative applicationof novel detectiontechnologies providesan eficientsolution forthe qualityandsafetycontroloffood.Thisarticle elaborates indetailonthecore principlesandspecific applicationscenarios of noveltechnologies such as spectral detection,chromatographic detection,biosensing detection,and rapid molecular detection.Italso analyzes theapplication valueof various technologies inpreciseanalysis offood components,detailed screening of harmful substances,and effective detectionof microorganisms.The optimizationapproaches in the process of technology promotionare discussed,covering aspects such as technology integration,standard improvement,andthe cultivation of professional talents.Theresearch results clearlyshow that the newly developed detection technology has significant advantages suchas high eficiency,accuracyand sensitivity.This technologycan comprehensively improve thecontrol eficiencyand leveloffood quality andsafety,andbuilda solid safety guarantee forthe high-quality progress of the food industry.
