面向农药残留的多残基液相质谱快速筛查方法应用研究

Abstract:Toenhance the rapid detection levelof pesticideresidues in food,this paper establishedamulti-residue screening method based on liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (LC-MS). Using the AB SCIEX 5500+ platform and an mproved QuEChERS pretreatment,350 kinds of pesticides canbe covered in a single injection. After optimizing the chromatographic and mass spectrometric conditions,the method detection limit(MDL) is 0.05~0.5 μg/kg , with a recovery rate of 85% 2 105% and a relative standard deviation of less than 12% , meeting international standards. When applied to market and agricultural spot-check samples,the results showed that the detection rate of chlorpyrifos in spinach was 42.6% , with leafy vegetables having the highest risk and grains having relatively low overall residues. Organophosphates and neonicotinoids were the main sources of risk.This method is highly sensitive, has a large throughput,and is highlyeficient,making itsuitable forlarge-scale regulatory testing and providing technical support for food safety risk assessment and decision-making.
