Analysis of the Application of Molecular Biology Technigues in Food Microbial Detection

Abstract: With therapid developmentof the food industry,traditional microbial detection methods,which sufer from long detectioncycles and lowsensitivity,cannolonger met thecurrent requirements forrapid,accurateandefficient foodsafety testing.Inrecent years,therapidlyadvancing molecular biotechnology has been widelyappliedinthe fieldof food microbial detection due to itstechnical advantages such as high sensitivity,strong specificity,fast detection speed and abundant information output,enabling therapidand accurate detectionof microorganisms in food.This paper mainly discusses PCR,gene chip,isothermalamplificationandother molecular biologytechniques,inordertolayafoundation for the subsequent application in microbial detection.
