Abstract: Salmonella is a highly prevalent foodborne pathogen in frozen foods, with contamination exhibiting category-specificitydrug resistance,and cold chain transmision characteristics,posing chalenges to preventionand control eforts.Thisarticleanalyzes the contamination profiles,influencing factors,and drug resistance attributesof diffrent frozenfoods,clarifies theadvantagesand limitations of traditional,molecular biology,immunological,and emerging detection technologies,identifies isues such as imbalanced technology application and cold chain control gaps, and establishes stratified detection and end-to-end control strategies.This article aims to provide support for precise prevention and control of Salmonella in frozen foods and the advancement of detection technologies.
