Analysis and Control of Factors Affecting the Accuracy of Food Quality Inspection Results

Abstract: Aiming at detection deviations caused by complex food industry and diverse new contaminants,this article analyzes thekey internaland externalfactorsafecting theaccuracyoffood quality testing fromthreedimensions:food matrix effectcontrol,instrumentsystempollution traceabilityand compliance of non-standard method verification.It proposes targeted strategies to provide theoretical support forfood testing istitutions to improve the whole-chain quality control system and enhance the reliability of test data for ultra-trace and complex matrix samples.

近年来,随着我国食品工业的迭代升级,预制菜、功能性食品、人造食品等新型食品品类快速扩容,全氟和多氟烷基物质、微塑料、兽药多代谢物、新型生物毒素等痕量/超痕量污染物不断涌现,食品基质组成日趋复杂,给食品质量检测的精准度、灵敏度与抗干扰能力提出了前所未有的严苛要求。(剩余5884字)
