Study on Multi-Channel Rapid Screening Method for Organophosphorus Pesticides in Common Fruits and Vegetables

Abstract: This study aims to address the technical botlenecks in rapid screening for organophosphorus pesticide residues in fruitsand vegetables.By employing multi-channel sensor array technology,typical fruit and vegetable samples such as apples and spinach were selected. Through optimizing the enzyme inhibition reaction conditions,a multi-parameter synchronous detection system based on electrochemical signals was established.Key parameters included the limits ofdetection,recoveryrate,and relative standard deviation.Themethod specificitywasvalidated through principal component analysis.The result shows the limits of detection for six common pesticides,including dichlorvos, range from 0.01 to 0.05mg/kg , with spiked recovery rates between 92.3% and 107.6% , and RSD under ( 8% ,outperforming single-channel methods ( P
